Start
drawing the end view on one hinge. Draw a Circle and a rectangle |

| Resize
each shape so that it's the same as a real hinge. |

workplane, draw screw holes. |

Extrude
to cut out the holes |

Draw cutouts
so that the hinges fit together |

Assemble the
two components |
