FPS with gorgeous landscapes that aren't’t hemmed in by disguised walls like others I’ve seen. Controls are easy, and the plot reasonably well thought out. It does get very difficult right near the end. The most impressive thing is the way levels can be completed in numerous ways and players seem to be finding new routes even now. The in game dynamics- rather like ragdoll and other Havok effects are amazing: ropes, chains soft and hard-body collisions are all there real-time.
I did find going through the game addictive, interesting after disliking the Call Of Duty and Medal of Honour demos.

There were a few small problems that didn’t take anything away from the game:
>Sometimes the “baddies" get stuck in a walk cycle after they are killed- you can waste some ammo finding out if they really are dead.
>Heavy vegetation slowed my machine down on a few crucial gameplay points.
>Changing guns seems too quick, as does picking up ammo from dropped weapons
>Taking screenies is unreliable
The game comes with a very high quality level editor that lets you build the landscape, populate it with plants and animals and then script behaviours with for interactive machines.
It sports some oddities- you can drive in a fork-lift truck, fly a hang-glider in addition to the other usual machines.
I’m hoping the developer does sell licenses to use its game engine since it’s vastly better than the Unreal engine.
Note: this game cost me £5.99 in Morrisons (the supermarket).
